We did not partake in golf, but spent an afternoon at the spa, and ate in the restaurant and at the bar. The tapas at the bar were the best tapas of the trip, by far. We spent 2 days in Barcelona and one-half day in Girona. Girona was a pleasant surprise - probably the most perfect medieval section of town that we've seen - it absolutely rivals the hill towns of Italy.”

Preferred Travel Group (“PTG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, hotel guests, members of our I Prefer loyalty program, users of the I Prefer loyalty program application (“App”) and visitors to our websites, https://preferredhotels.com, https://iprefer.com, and https://staybeyondgreen.com, (the “Sites”) (collectively “Customers”), job applicants, and business-to-business (“B2B”) partners, and through our offline interactions with all of the above(collectively with the Sites and App, the “Services”), which we own and operate as the data controller. This Privacy Policy (“Policy” or “Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information whether collected online or offline and describes your rights. Please note, this Privacy Policy does not govern information we process in our role as a data processor and service provider on behalf of our Member Hotels or that is otherwise collected by our Member Hotels. We partner with hotels to provide you with products and services (“Member Hotels”). Our Member Hotels are independently owned and operated and PTG does not manage or control them or their data practices. Additionally, please note that Section I of this Policy below, which describes our collection and use of information practices through our Services, also serves as our Notice at Collection for California residents for purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). Section IA describes our collection and use of information practices for our customers, hotel guests, members of our I Prefer loyalty program, users of the App, and visitors to our Sites. Section IB describes our collection and use of information practices for job applicants. Section IC describes our collection and use of information practices in connection with B2B services.
